Jon Edwards is Executive Vice President, Head of Capital Markets at Switch. He is responsible for developing and executing Switch’s capital raising strategy. In addition to this role, he partners across the organization to align capital raising with Switch’s growth initiatives. He joined Switch in 2025 and brings over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Switch, he was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he led the North America business for financing and advising on infrastructure projects across sectors, including multiple financings for Switch. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was a corporate lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb. Jon lives in New Jersey with his family. He received a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
