Dwayne McNicholas is an Executive Director in the commercial real estate group at JPMorgan. Mr. McNicholas’ responsibilities include origination, structuring and syndication of commercial real estate debt including mortgages, mezzanine loans and B-Notes within the CRE Lending Solutions Business. CRE Lending Solutions lends to institutional clients on transitional commercial real estate and projects either under development or in a pre-development phase.
Mr. McNicholas joined the CMBS group of JPMorgan in 2014. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Mr. McNicholas was responsible for rating CMBS transactions at Moody’s Investors Service. Prior to that, Mr. McNicholas spent more than 7 years at Allied Irish Bank holding several positions within the U.S. commercial real estate lending platform and structured products investment business. Mr. McNicholas earned a B.Tech in Materials Science and a Graduate Diploma in Business from University of Limerick, Ireland and a Master’s in Finance from the National College of Ireland, Dublin
