Tom Erb has been the Government Affairs and Policy Manager at FERVO since 2025. Prior to FERVO, Tom worked as a Senior Policy Advisor in the U.S. Senate as well as a Climate Policy Director for the U.S. House of Representatives. From 2020 to 2021, Tom Erb was a Policy Fellow at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) where he focused on market-based policy development at the state, national, and international level. Tom has a B.A. from Pomona College and a Master of Professional Studies in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University.
